Cheryl Chandler, Broker / Owner, is a long-time resident of the area and she has made a career in real estate for over 26 years. Her expertise and vast knowledge of the business covers everything from land parcels to commercial and residential properties.

Cheryl is a member of Garfield County's Planning and Zoning Commission and believes with proper planning, growth can occur without negatively impacting the environment or quality of life that the area residents enjoy. She has more than 16 years of hands-on experience in planning and zoning issues and has applied this knowledge to her business as well.

Local youths benefit from her contributions to events such as the Garfield County Fair & Livestock Sale, the area FFA Chapter, sponsorship of the Colorado Quarter Horse Association, and the CRV Little League Baseball Team.
